Shipping Information

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

We make every effort to dispatch all orders from our HQ within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Local Pick-Up

Toowoomba Queensland, local pick-up is available from any of the markets we attend or from our Kingsthorpe Studio. When going through the checkout process, please select “Pick-up from Studio” as the shipping, then contact us to arrangement pick-up from either the Studio or upcoming Markets.

All Other Shipping Info

All orders are final and once placed, shipping cannot be cancelled. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shazzy Dee Designs is not responsible for any items/parcels stolen, lost or delayed in transit.

Correct postal address – It is the customers responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly and as a result delivered to the wrong address, Shazzy Dee Designs will not issue a refund or replacement. If you do enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at leshay@shazzydeedesigns.com.au so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you. 

 

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Shazzy Dee Designs however if you are not completely satisfied, please read through our returns policy to see if you are eligible for a store credit.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Items returned will be issued with a store credit or exchange to the value of the item, providing that the item/s returned meets our returns policy guidelines.

Please note – There will be NO refunds issued on shipping costs.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be returned to Shazzy Dee Design within 14 days of Australia Post showing the parcel as delivered. After the 14-day time lapse, an exchange or store credit will not be offered, the same 14 day returns policy applies to purchases made at any of the markets or pop-up shops we attend. 

The item/s must be unused/unworn with tags still attached, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received the item/s. Items that have been worn or washed will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please take care when trying items on as items that smell of perfume or odours of any kind, are marked/stained with make-up or fake tan will not be accepted for exchange or store credit. To complete your exchange, you may need to have the item returned for inspection prior to the agreement of an exchange or store credit.

All return postage is at you, the customers own expense. We encourage you to return your items in a trackable satchel as Shazzy Dee Designs will not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen items. If this issue arises, all enquiries should be directed to your chosen postal service.

Once we have received your returned item/s and it has met all of our return policy guidelines, an exchange or store credit will be offered. This does not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are an additional charge to you, the customer.

There will be no refunds for a simple change of mind. We will happily accept items for an exchange if you have ordered the incorrect size. If the correct size is unavailable a store credit or an exchange for a different item will be offered. The same returns policy applies when returning an item/s for exchange.

 

Faulty Items

All of our products are thoroughly checked before they are shipped to you, however in the unlikely event that you receive an item that appears faulty, please contact our team as soon as possible at leshay@shazzydeedesigns.com.au. Please make sure that the original swing tags & tags are still attached to the garment. 

If the item you have received has a fault and is by no fault of your own, a refund or exchange may be issued. Once returned to us, it will be at the Shazzy Dee Designs’ teams discretion if a refund will be issued. Please email us at leshay@shazzydeedesigns.com.au to discuss your order. The same 14 days policy applies for a faulty item.

Shazzy Dee Designs reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item returned is showing no signs of being faulty.

 

Sale Items

There will be no refunds, exchanges or store credits issued for items that are on sale or clearance, so please choose wisely. If you require a sale or clearance item in a different size, please contact us at leshay@shazzydeedesigns.com.au as soon as possible so we can try to assist you. As these items are on sale or clearance, there are no guarantees the correct size will be available. If the correct size is unavailable, no store credits will be issued.
